Minerva has two major areas of work, namely training and consulting. Since 2001, Minerva has served many institutions in banking and finance, private and public sectors.

We give training in the fields of Finance, International Trading (export/import), Banking, Insurance, Accounting, Law, Strategic Management, Soft Skills, Human Resources, Logistics and Production. We have over 180 courses, most of which can be given in English.

We work with 28 instructors, all of whom have management level work experience and some are also instructors at universities.

Minerva aims to be the solution provider for the companies. Besides our standard courses, we provide training on project basis. The project basis training means that the courses will be designed for a specific company with contents to cover the needs, vision and goals of the company in question.

We use technology and current training techniques in our courses. All of our courses are given with the aid of a PowerPoint presentation. Excel and other programs are used when necessary. Case studies, group work, role playing, workshops and films are used to enhance the learning ability. Participation is an integral part of our courses and is achieved by interactivity at highest level.

We keep our course material up to date reflecting the needs of the current business world. Our course notes integrate academic theories and issues related to the specific jobs. As a result, courses achieve two goals; they increase the job skills of the participants while giving them a visionary perspective to the modern world.

Minerva also has consultancy services on the areas of Corporate Governance, Management Information Systems (MIS), Risk Management, Business Plan, Financial Reporting, PR Communication, Internal Communication, Training Planning, and Talent Management.
