Mindcare Academy | Mind-Body Based Approaches

MindCare – Academy of Mind-Body Approaches is an Istanbul-based organization offering science-based psychological intervention to everyday human distress.

We offer interventions with a human-centered and multidisciplinary approach, combining somatic psychology with psychoeducation, trauma work, neuroscience, nervous system regulation, body-based practices, dance, yoga, mindfulness, and compassion.

We believe in the unity of mind and body, and we create spaces where individuals, teams, and organizations can directly engage with their own experiences. Motivated by the vision of bringing together evidence-based content, a humanistic approach, and a passionate team, we apply psychology to everyday life challenges. Our mind-body–based interventions address not only adults, children, and adolescents but also schools and corporate organizations.

Founded by Clinical and Organizational Psychologist & Coach, Mindfulness–Compassion Trainer Kıvılcım Kıran, and Neuropsychologist & Mindfulness Trainer Selin Ilgaz, MindCare Academy is built on the values of open-mindedness, inclusivity, compassion, and holistic growth.
