Mimsanat Akademisi , Ord. Prof. Dr. A. Süheyl ÜNVER Hocamızın yolunda ilerlemeyi hedef edinirken Türk Süsleme Sanatlarını tanıtmak, aktarmak ve yaygınlaştırmak amacı ile 2011 yılında kuruldu. Hedefimiz bünyemizde bulunan Türk Süsleme Sanatları alanındaki ve plastik sanatlardan Resim branşındaki sanatçıları, kültürel birikimleri, yenilikçi tarzları ve eserleriyle sanatseverleri bir araya getirmek olarak belirlenmişken, kuruluşunun onuncu yılı olan 2021’de, bünyesine müzik eğitimlerini de dahil ederek çalışma alanını Görsel Sanatlar – Duysal Sanatlar çizgisine taşıyıp, ülke ve dünya sanatına hizmet amacını genişletmiş oldu.
