Miles & Barr Estate Agents

Miles & Barr independent estate agents were established in January 1999 and have expanded to 14 offices with over 250 employees.

The strengths of the business lie in training and strategic leadership with an ability to deliver high-quality customer care through an all-round friendly and trusted service.

As our motto suggests, we value people, not just property, which is evident through our recent win at The Negotiator Awards 2021, where we were crowned 'Employer of the Year' on 26th November 2021. This award win is a credit to the relentless work performed by the Group Director's and People Ops Director Laura Courtenay to create an environment that listens, nurtures and rewards staff.

Over a third of employees are considered long-term members having been with the company for more than five years, a testament to the training and career opportunities provided by Miles & Barr, so you can rest assured that you are joining an award-winning business that develops careers and looks after employees.
