MIK Architecture

MIK Architecture designs contemporary single-family residences across Coconut Grove, South Miami, and Pinecrest; three of South Florida's most established residential markets. We've completed over 40 projects and 170,000+ square feet of built work.

Ceiling height, indoor-outdoor integration, material selection, site-specific layout — these aren't aesthetic choices. They're specifications a market prices differently: in resale velocity, in price per square foot, in how fast a project sells against comparable homes.

For developers and investors evaluating South Florida, including those building a first project in the U.S. from abroad, we bring the dual perspective a spec-home project actually needs: an architect's precision and a developer's read on what a lot, a neighborhood, and a buyer profile require to perform.

Coconut Grove, South Miami, and Pinecrest each behave differently: lot shape, buyer expectations, zoning flexibility, tree canopy as design constraint. Our process is built around that specificity, not a repeatable template applied across markets.
