Meydan&Ayata Hukuk Bürosu 2018 yılında Çağlayan’da Işıl Meydan ve Ezgi Ayata tarafından kurulmuştur. Kurucu ortaklardan Işıl Meydan ve Ezgi Ayata 2012 yılında İstanbul Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesinden mezun olduktan sonra avukatlık mesleğine başlamışlardır.
