Metropolis Marylebone

Metropolis is one of London's most ambitious office refurbishments - 162,000 sq ft of design-led, human-centric workspace on the corner of Marylebone Road and Harewood Avenue, W1.

Originally completed in 1959 as Woolworth's UK headquarters and designed by Richard Seifert, the building has been comprehensively transformed for a new generation of occupiers. The result is a landmark that honours its history while setting a new standard for what a London office can be.

The credentials speak for themselves. BREEAM Outstanding - one of only four office refurbishments in the UK to achieve it. Net zero in operation, 100% renewable energy, REGO certified. AirRated Platinum. EPC A. 25,764 tonnes of carbon saved.
