Merit Construction Ltd

Merit was established on January 16, 1996 in Istanbul. Company is a construction company with a 27-year history, mainly engaged in construction contracts and real estate development projects. It was founded by Civil Engineer Metin Yorulmaz and Civil Engineer Mehmet Aydemir, a classmate from the university. Merit İnşaat has conducted public construction contracts and sales of construction materials until 2000 and received its first public contract from the rectorate of Istanbul University in the same year. Since 2000, the company has completed many contracting works tendered by Istanbul University and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality as the main contractor. The company started detailed researches to do business abroad in 2019, business visits were made to the Netherlands and Canada and the residential sectors of these countries were examined on-site. As a result of the feasibility studies, it was decided to establish a company in British Columbia, Canada. On 27 February 2020, Merit Construction Ltd. started to operate.
