With its major institutional partners, the new-generation non-profit "MEKAN Platform" is working on:

(1) Becoming the one-stop-shop for investors, entrepreneurs, intermediaries, and enablers to invest in/cooperate with a tailor-made regional place-based project pipeline,

(2) Launching the first-ever specialised impact certification for Real Estate Investment Funds and Trusts, completely transparent, inclusive, and free-to-use,

(3) Establishing an Urban Resilience and Smart Cities Cluster with 40 leading institutions and startups,

(4) Utilising a global network of over 3.000 urban and impact specialists for the benefit of the people and the planet,

(5) Launching a world-class working group with 3 verticals (sustainable real estate development, circular retail, food and water safety) with essential partners.

Within the crucial region stretching from the Mediterranean basin to the Turkic states, MEKAN Platform is creating a thought, application, investment, and management hub.
