Medisa Strategic Advisory is an IR & luxury hospitality advisory boutique focused on Northern Cyprus, Türkiye and the wider Mediterranean. With over 25 years of experience in tourism, film and hospitality, we combine board-level strategy with on-the-ground operational know-how. Our work bridges international best practice from Las Vegas and Macau with the unique market dynamics and regulatory landscape of Northern Cyprus. This dual perspective allows us to speak both the language of investors and owners, and the language of operations, marketing and frontline teams.

Medisa Strategic Advisory is led by Mehmet Sait Yardımcı, an experienced tourism and hospitality professional who lived for many years in Los Angeles, worked closely with Las Vegas integrated resorts, and developed incoming business from the Indian market to the United States and Türkiye under the Club Medisa brand. In Türkiye, he is regarded as an early pioneer of wedding tourism and film tourism, having facilitated numerous Indian weddings and Bollywood film, series and music video productions in the country. Today he continues to support international productions as a Field Producer / Fixer and President of the Turkish Film Commission (TFC), as well as an accredited basketball media member at FIBA and EuroLeague events and a TBF-licensed B Category Basketball Manager.
