• تأسست جمعية الإغاثة الطبية الدولية (ميدكس) عام 2016، مسجلة و مرخصة و لديها مكاتب في العديد من دول العالم . كمؤسسة إنسانية غير ربحية تسعى لتقديم الإغاثة الطبية العاجلة للمحتاجين في المناطق المنكوبة والمتأثرة بالنزاعات والكوارث حول العالم.
• منذ انطلاقتها، ركزت الجمعية جهودها على دعم المجتمعات المتضررة بشكل محايد في العالم عموما و المنطقة العربية خصوصا، مع اهتمام أكبر بتقديم الرعاية الصحية المنقذة للحياة في قطاع غزة، الذي يعاني من أزمات إنسانية متواصلة.
• نؤمن أن الحق في الحصول على الرعاية الصحية هو حق إنساني أصيل، ونعمل بلا كلل للوصول إلى كل من حُرم منه بسبب الفقر أو النزاعات أو الكوارث ، و نتخذ من العدل و الإحسان و الأمانة قيما أساسية في عملنا .
