McCormick Systems, Inc.

McCormick Systems, a Foundation Software company, has been the nation's leading provider of mechanical, electrical and plumbing takeoff and estimating software since 1979, helping contractors bid faster and win more work.

The McCormick platform combines takeoff and estimating in one program. Estimators perform takeoff directly from the PDF plans attached to a bid invitation and carry that work through to a finished proposal without switching between applications, which helps contractors work at least 50% faster than estimating by hand.

Databases built for each trade come pre-loaded with the items, assemblies and labor units estimators already work from. The platform also integrates directly with sister product FOUNDATION® construction accounting software, so estimates populate job budgets without manual entry, and with pricing services that keep material costs current.

When estimators need help, client services are in-house and US-based, with average response times under 10 minutes, and every customer gets one-on-one training to learn the program and get the most out of it.

Today, McCormick serves estimators across the United States and Canada from small shops to multi-million-dollar operations. Over 45 years of listening to contractors have given McCormick Systems an understanding of estimating that only comes with time. That experience is built into every part of the platform.
