McConnell Bourn

Our philosophy is simple. If it's worth selling, worth investing in, worth managing, it's worth doing well. At the risk of sounding like a cliché, doing things well sounds simple and obvious enough, but it's important to us. Sure it's traditional but it's the very foundation of our longevity.

Opening in 2000, our founders Matthew and Samantha Bourn have grown the business, experiencing close to 30% growth year-on-year. Injecting a vital client service ethic into the North Shore property market, our team understands it can be stressful to sell or lease your home. That's why, unlike other agencies where it's merely a transaction, for us it's a journey we take with you. For us, our clients' happiness is our measure of success!
