MCA Connect

As part of Grant Thornton US, we help manufacturers and distributors fix what’s broken, simplify what’s complex, and modernize their businesses with Microsoft technology.

We offer transformative consulting, unified data for business insights, process optimization and automation, AI and advanced decision making, and business application implementation.

For over 20 years, we’ve worked shoulder-to-shoulder with supply chain leaders to solve their problems... from disconnected systems and bad data to clunky workflows and tight margins.

Here’s how we help:

Strategic Services

We align people, process, and technology to drive operational excellence and optimized processes. If it doesn’t hit the P&L, it’s not strategy.

Data & AI Services

We build data strategies that fuel faster decisions, highly accurate forecasts, and smarter operations. We turn insights into action with embedded AI, intelligent automations, and agentic solutions that act on data (not just report it).

Business Application Services

We implement and optimize Microsoft’s business apps — Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Power Platform — to streamline operations and cut complexity.

Managed Services

We keep systems running the way they should. That means proactive support, break-fix help when it’s needed, and expert backlog management.

As Microsoft’s top manufacturing and distribution partner and 15x Microsoft Partner of the Year (including 2024 Business Applications US Winner and 2x Global Supply Chain Finalist) we empower manufacturers and distributors to transform with the Microsoft Cloud.
