MC-Bauchemie International

MC-Bauchemie is one of the leading independent manufacturers of building chemical products. Next to the headquarter in Germany MC has subsidiaries in more than 50 countries around the world. Solutions tailored to solve specific problems can only be developed in close and direct dialogue with planners, operators and applicators.

Today, a workforce of over 3,500 people is committed to translating this philosophy into practice.

One reason for this success story is a clear corporate philosophy that especially focuses on having open-minded, expert and customer-orientated staff, on encouraging these staff and offering them opportunities to develop in accordance with their own particular potential.

"A company is only as good as its employees.” This quote from the company founder still remains a guiding principle today at MC.

Looking for employees with the right motivation, good heart and mind!

MC is always ready to warmly welcome motivated employees into all areas of the company – whether in sales, product management, administration, R&D or in production. It is of course very important to have solid technical or business experience, but the personality of the individual is of much greater importance – sociability, an independent and target-focused working manner and a considerable amount of personal commitment and passion are all aspects we are looking for.

MC offers its employees the opportunity to engage in a widely varied role with considerable personal scope in the arrangement of their own working methods together with a great deal of responsibility – and all from the very outset.

As an internationally active family-run business, MC can offer its people fast, direct decision-making channels on the one hand, and the opportunities to develop themselves internationally on the other hand. Apply at MC. We are looking forward to people, who share our values.
