Makita Canada

Makita is a global leader in power tools, pneumatics, outdoor power equipment and cleaning technology for the construction, landscape & garden services, and cleaning industries. Our focus is Customer First – a simple concept and we get it. Our tools are designed and developed with the professional end user in mind and to answer a simple question: How do we make the job easier and more efficient for our customer?

We’re also a proud employer of Canadians across the nation since 1973 and always looking for new team members (see makita.ca for our latest posted opportunities). Our Head Office is in Whitby, Ontario; we also operate 2 distribution centers (Ontario and British Columbia), and 12 factory service centers, strategically located from Nova Scotia to British Columbia. Looking back on our history we are proud of our achievements and excited for the future and what it holds for our company.
