MAKIMSAN Inc., established in Ankara in 1969, has embarked on a journey in the construction sector with an innovative approach. Our initial goal was to produce and popularize asphalt emulsion, a product not widely used in Turkey at the time. Since our inception, we have expanded our services to include surface coating asphalt construction, airport runway constructions, asphalt concrete roads, and infrastructure system constructions.

We take pride in having worked with prestigious institutions such as the NATO Information Office, Ministry of National Defense, Ministry of Industry, Air Force Command, Construction and Real Estate Department, General Directorate of Highways, General Directorate of Rural Services, State Airports Authority, Provincial Special Administrations, and Municipalities, as well as representing our country internationally in various countries including Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Romania, Russia, and Afghanistan. The total value of the projects we have completed to date exceeds 1.900 billion USD.

In 1971, we established a surface coating team, marking a first in Turkey, thereby alleviating the burden on the public sector. As the pioneering company that introduced Bituminous Mortar Coating (Slurry Seal) technology to Turkey, our firm has attracted considerable attention with its applications using special machinery imported from the United States. This technology has been successfully applied on the Anatolian highway, reinforcing our leading position in the industry.

Having served in the field of superstructure works for many years, MAKIMSAN has demonstrated its expertise and experience in large-scale projects such as hospitals and sports complexes. These projects showcase the diversity and capacity of our company in the construction sector.
