MagRev Hyperloop

We are the MagRev Hyperloop Team, a student-led research and development initiative at Middle East Technical University (METU) dedicated to advancing the future of high-speed ground transportation.

Founded by motivated engineering and science students and advised by Prof. Melik Dölen and Prof. Ulaş Yaman from METU’s Department of Mechanical Engineering, our mission is to design and test innovative Hyperloop technologies that can redefine sustainable mobility.

Our current work focuses on research, prototyping, and experimental testing in areas such as magnetic levitation, propulsion systems, structural design, and systems integration. Our long-term vision is to represent METU in major international competitions and contribute to the global Hyperloop ecosystem.

Beyond technical development, we aim to build collaborations with industry partners, sponsors, and research institutions to accelerate innovation and transform academic research into real-world applications.
