Maddisons Residential

We are a proudly independent estate and letting agency whose success is built on doing things a bit differently. We believe that no two people are the same and one size doesn’t fit all. So we make it our job to really understand what it is you need and work from there, making our service personal to you.

In other words, we’re different because you’re different.

We work hard to stay ahead of the game so you can trust us to offer the very best advice and services. We are honest, with firm values and principles, because that’s the way to build solid working relationships that get the best results for you. And we are open and friendly – with you, with each other and as an active part of our community. We genuinely love what we do.

And it’s an approach that works.

We’re proud to have won several industry awards over the years, including the Exceptional award at the Best Estate Agency Awards 2018 and 2019.

As nice as the awards and accolades are, we prefer to measure our success on what we can achieve for you. Our dedicated and enthusiastic agents all have relevant industry qualifications plus years of experience in sales, lettings and management.

Let us show you what a difference we can make for you.
