Mackenzie

Portland, OR | Vancouver, WA | Seattle, WA | Sacramento, CA

Mackenzie’s dynamic and inviting culture is a reflection of everything we’ve created together, our diversity as a group, and over 60 years of shared experience, growth, and evolution. It’s what we, as a collective, are most proud of. Our diverse perspectives make our projects better, our teams stronger, and our lives richer. We do great work while making a difference in our people’s lives and the lives of people in our communities, and we believe this mix of hard work, intentional practice, and fun sets us apart.

As Mackenzie has grown over the decades, a handful of common themes have emerged and evolved with the firm. We are committed to one another, and committed to seeing out the vision of the people and larger communities we serve. We’re committed to doing the necessary work to make our firm and our communities more equitable. We’re committed to making the world a sustainable, more livable place for future generations.

These commitments and shared ideals are the foundation for our everyday work. They’re also the backdrop for a culture of friendship and resiliency that’s seen Mackenzie meet and overcome unexpected challenges with a sense of humor and a reserve of creativity and passion.
