LUKOIL Lubricants ME, was established in 2008 in Istanbul focused on the production and distribution of lubricants to Turkey and surrounding countries. We have a high capacity factory in Aliağa, Izmir. Turkey also are exported to many countries as it spread throughout our sales channels.
