Loyd Shipyard is a family-owned shipbuilder based in Tuzla, Istanbul, with a shipbuilding heritage dating back to 1981. For more than four decades, we have engineered and delivered quality workboats in steel, aluminum, and HDPE for the global maritime industry.

Our portfolio spans pilot boats, tugboats, naval and patrol boats, mooring boats, crew boats, fire and SAR vessels, multicats and motor barges, landing craft, catamarans, cable layers, and HDPE workboats — built to standard specifications or fully tailor-made to operational requirements. With both custom-build and in-stock options, our in-house design team engineers each vessel for reliability, cost-effective delivery, and performance in demanding sea conditions.

Vessels built by Loyd Shipyard operate with port authorities, terminal operators, and government and commercial fleets in more than 25 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Our operations are backed by ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications, and extended through our alliance with Beşiktaş Workboats and Arya Shipyard, broadening the engineering expertise and resources behind every build.
