Our company was founded here in 1934 and has remained Louisiana-owned and operated.

Of course, we are aware of the urgent national issues regarding healthcare affordability, the numbers of uninsured and the quality of health services rendered. Louisiana Blue is providing education and guidance to help shape healthcare reform legislation, but it’s also important to us to reassure our members that we are going to be here through every change, making sure they continue to have access to quality care.
