Overview
Sektördeki yolculuğumuza 10 Ocak 2005'te tescil edilerek başladık. Kısa bir süre sonra, 07 Nisan 2005'te Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK) tarafından lisanslandırıldık.
Gayrimenkul değerleme sektöründe bir ilke imza atarak, Bankacılık Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu'nun (BDDK) 12 Mart 2009 tarihli kararıyla değerleme yetkisi verdiği ilk şirket olma unvanını gururla taşıyoruz. Bu öncü rolümüz, kurulduğumuz günden bu yana koruduğumuz güvenilirlik ve kalite standartlarımızın en somut kanıtıdır.
Şubat 2017'de, sektörde tecrübeli, genç ve dinamik kadromuzun ortaklık yapısına katılmasıyla gücümüze güç kattık.
