• Advise companies on how to structure their business affairs in a tax efficient manner, in respect of M&A, disposals, reorganizations, and other international tax matters and advising on pre and post deal tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, de-mergers, disposals, joint ventures, reorganizations and reconstructions, including cross border transactions.

•Review, draft and advise both seller and purchaser on tax aspects of sale and purchase agreements and tax deeds (e.g. tax warranties and indemnities issues).
