Vakfımız; uzman, idealist genç hekimler Dr. Ayhan Tokgöz, Dr. Aydın Arıcı, Dr. Gülbin Gökçay, Dr. İrfan Gökçay tarafından, ülkemizde sağlık hizmetine ihtiyaç duyan kişilere, maddi kaygı duymaksızın hizmet sunmak amacıyla kurulmuştur. 1986 yılında Medeni Kanun’un 903. maddesine göre hizmet vermeye başlayan Vakfımızın hiçbir ideolojik görüş veya sermaye grubu ile herhangi bir bağlılığı ve / veya bağımlılığı yoktur. Sağlık, iş güvenliği ve eğitim hizmetleri sunumu ve bağışçıların katkısı ile sosyal fayda sağlayan Vakfımız kar amacı gütmemektedir.
