LOFT Estate Agents

LOFT was created by two individuals who came together with over 20 years of experience to put our own stamp on the industry. Having spent many years working together for the large corporate agencies, we feel the rigid moving process is outdated and impersonal. We are not here to reinvent estate agency, but to build on what we have learnt so that we can enhance the buying, selling and letting process for you. It should not just be about statistics and numbers, but a personal service, brought to life by a dedicated team who are there, with you, every step of the way.

As the modern world evolves, so too does the property industry. We realise how important it is to move with our ever-changing times. We want to combine the traditional and dependable style of agency with the contemporary ways of the world. We are based from our high street office, so you always know where to find us. But beyond that, we will provide cutting edge digital marketing and maximum online exposure so no matter the style of home or location, we will find you the best buyer or tenant.

Moving house should be exciting, not stressful. At LOFT, our seamless blend of local expertise built by a driven and experienced team will put excitement, not stress, at the forefront of your experience. We realise that honest, constructive feedback and advice is essential, and we promise to always deliver on this. Whether you're a first time buyer or moving for the fifth time, LOFT's door will always be open for you.

We promise to provide industry leading creative content, crafting marketing strategies as unique as your story. We can't wait to work with you.
