Location Location (East)

Established in Hackney in 2006, we extended our operation by partnering with Andrew Overman in Thetford, to form Location Location East in 2020. We are an independent community-minded estate agency with wholehearted values and a big vision.

Our team of property experts are connected, always communicating and committed to the values that we’ve collectively established over the years.

We want every one of our clients to have an experience that goes above and beyond their expectations and Andrew prides himself on being ‘highly recommended’ within the community that he serves.

We are continually improving our systems and processes to deliver an exceptional moving experience to each and every one of our clients consistently.

Our unique approach and data-centric property marketing technology sets us apart. Click here to find out more about Origin.

Why us?

Why us?

We’re estate agents. Yes, we know – shiny suits, kipper ties and white lies. Over-promising and under-delivering. But that’s not us, really.

Location Location is not your typical estate agent. We’re real people (just like you), who happen to be estate agents – a subtle but important difference. We care about what matters most; our customers and our community. That’s why we consistently go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service.

Don’t just take our word for it – Rightmove and The Property Academy awarded us Best Overall Estate Agency for Sales and Lettings in 2019/20.

But we don’t do what we do to win awards. We do it because we love it.

Partner, Andrew Overman, has been serving the East Anglian property market since 1993. Just think of us as your local property experts who are always here to help and our advice is always free.
