loc8me

Loc8me are your modern day student lettings company. Focusing on the student market back in 2008 Raffaele took his frustration regarding the landlord-led student property market and launched Loc8me.

Raffaele’s goal was to treat students with more respect and to be able to offer them desirable properties to complement their uni experience. Now into our second decade of operation we have expanded across multiple UK cities including Loughborough, Bristol, Durham, Newcastle, Nottingham, Leeds, Manchester, Hull, Leicester, Liverpool and Birmingham offering the highest spec student accommodation.

We are proud to say that we still continue to offer great properties, each one different to the next offering unique designs and with exquisite finishes. Our students are not our only customers, we also work hard for the landlords looking to join the loc8me family. Our brand, respect for student properties and ability to fill properties are just a few of the reasons why landlords choose to use us to rent out their properties.

Sought-after student rental isn't all we offer. We create a unique uni experience with the lifestyle package that comes through living with loc8me. From private parties through to discounts on surrounding businesses, we make sure our students get the most from their uni days. It's no wonder students want to live with loc8me.
