Living Strategy Lab

We support forward-thinking leaders, public services, and wider local systems to lead change differently.

We do this by working with you to design strategy, policy, and governance approaches that stay alive to what matters.

We can help you shape the future for your services by embedding learning-led, adaptive, and relational ways of working. Our work brings people together around shared purpose, creates movement toward change, and enables better outcomes for people and place.

As Director of Living Strategy Lab, I work directly with leaders, teams, and places to navigate complexity with care. Learning, relationships, and purpose sit at the heart of every project.

The Lab is home to Living Governance, including Living Strategy: trauma-informed, learning-led, and place-based approaches to systems change. They are not prescriptive toolkits but flexible frames I can draw on to support our work together. Each is shaped around your context, priorities, and the change you want to make, helping us create approaches that fit and work where you are.

Our offer includes:

• Strategy, Policy and Governance Co-Design

• Embedded Leadership and Implementation Support

• Living Reviews and Change Planning

• Collaborative Projects

• Training and Capability Building

• Speaking, Writing and Bespoke Workshops

I lead all work and bring in a small network of trusted collaborators where their expertise adds meaningful value.

This is where I hold space for thought, creation, and future collaborations.
