What Sets Us Apart?

Understanding people

We treat every property as if it’s our own. We are honest, transparent and we love to chat – communication is key and we build trust by ensuring that you are fully versed in the process, every step of the way. We understand the needs of people and families and we will never waste your time or ours, by showing you unsuitable properties. Fully versed in all legal requirements, we cover every aspect of the selling, letting and management process for landlords and tenants.

Affiliations

The only Guild agency in the area, we are West Hampstead’s trusted property agencies. We understand the pressures of maintaining your property, selling it at its optimal value and leasing it successfully and we are fully aware of new and constantly changing legislation. We are affiliated with the Property Ombudsman, Safe Agent and NALS.

Tech savvy

We’ll market your property to the highest standard on all major portals and magazines. Using traditional means yet embracing technology, we stay ahead of the curve of changing property trends. We create marketing videos to stream on Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn. We also use WhatsApp as one of our primary communication tools. Call us from abroad and we can show you a property in London on a real time video call.
