Literatür Kimya

Literatur Kimya was founded in 2003, to manufacture BMC (Bulk Moulding Compound) in Balıkesir/Türkiye. Production had started with one Z-Blade Mixer (BMC), in a 100 m² workshop. Starting as intermediate product supplier in the sector, our customers forced us to produce also SMC.

To meet the demands of our customers, we made an investment on 2008 and we moved to our own facility in Balıkesir Industrial Zone. With a 5.000m² open area, 1.000m² production building, we had expanded our capacity and we introduced SMC in 2009.

Till 2010, Literatur Kimya took our source support for lab and R&D Works. To serve more qualified products and for customer satisfaction, we invested on our laboratory and we had our own mechanical testing equipment for final quality control and testing equipment for incoming raw material quality control. With the strength of having our own lab, we focused on more R&D and we had new customers from automotive, building and electricity sector. We have now 150 different types of product formulation and 100 customers, serving for different sectors. Our standard SMC and BMC products are Unsaturated Polyester Resin Based, beside these we have special products which are VE and UP mixture based for special mechanical strength.

On 2013 with the expanding production, Literatur Kimya increased the production area, 10.000 m² open area and 3.000 m² production building.

Literatür Kimya had been awarded;

- ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certificate in 2013

- 14001:2004 Environmental Certificate in 2013

- OHSAS 18001:2007 Certification in 2013

Due to the requirements of our customers, Literatur Kimya decided to supply finished products under the brand of Customers’ Companies. For finished goods we invested on compression moulding
