Hikaye çok uzun yıllar önce başladı. Babasından öğrendikleri ile kendi yeteneklerini bir araya getiren Levent Usta, kendisine özgü tarifleri ile genç yaşlarda insanların ilgisini çekmeyi başardı. Levent Usta geceden hazırlardı malzemelerini. Günün ilk ışıkları ile börekleri satışa hazır şekilde karşılardı müşterilerini. Upuzun kuyruklar oldu tezgahının önünde. İnsanlar erkenden çıkıp, bu tazecik börekleri tatmak için şehrin dört bir yanından gelirlerdi.
Bu ilgi Levent Usta'yı durdurmadı. Daha iyisinin olabileceğine inandı. Araştırdı, denedi ve hep ilerlemeye çalıştı. Bugün onlarca şubesi ve çeşit çeşit lezzeti ile Levent Usta, tüm Türkiye'ye ulaşmayı başardı. Peyniri uzadıkça uzayan Levent Börek lezzetleri ilhamını, seyyar tezgahta başlayıp dört bir yana uzayan bu hikayeden aldı....
