Lepaam Teknoloji A.Ş. is a Turkey-based HealthTech startup building an AI-native, multi-tenant infrastructure layer for health tourism and international patient operations.

Our platform enables healthcare entrepreneurs, agencies, doctors and patient referrers to launch personalized, branded health tourism websites in hours, configure multilingual experiences, and route international patients to connected hospitals through structured referral workflows.

Lepaam is designed to operate as a Shopify-like infrastructure for the health tourism ecosystem. Instead of each entrepreneur, agency or referrer building separate websites, hospital relationships, document workflows and operational tools from scratch, Lepaam provides a shared technology layer that helps them start faster, operate more professionally and scale across markets.

Through the platform, users can manage patient inquiries, collect medical documents, structure referral cases, coordinate hospital responses, follow appointment planning, and track the international patient journey from the first request to treatment logistics and post-treatment follow-up.

The infrastructure is being developed with API-based integrations for hospitals, insurers, payment gateways, installment/BNPL providers and supporting service partners. These integrations aim to connect fragmented parts of the health tourism value chain into one operational environment, covering patient intake, provider coordination, payment flow, insurance-related workflows and service orchestration.

Lepaam’s long-term vision is to modernize the global health tourism market by giving smaller agencies, independent referrers and healthcare entrepreneurs access to enterprise-grade digital infrastructure, multilingual capabilities and AI-assisted operational workflows. We focus on operational technology that helps healthcare stakeholders communicate, coordinate and scale international patient services more safely, transparently and efficiently.
