Leadership Gwinnett

Leadership Gwinnett educates, equips, and engages® diverse leaders who want to make a real, lasting impact on Gwinnett County.

We've spent nearly 40 years connecting professionals across business, government, education, and the nonprofit sector, building the kind of relationships and community understanding it takes to lead well where you live.

Our nine-month signature program brings together established leaders ready to invest in the region's growth. You'll get hands-on exposure to Gwinnett's biggest opportunities and challenges, plus direct access to the people shaping them. If nine months is more than you can commit to right now, Glance Gwinnett covers the same ground in just 2.5 days.

Graduates join The Network, a community of 2,300+ alumni who keep learning, connecting, and giving back to Gwinnett well after their class year ends. We call that bond the Gwinnett Glue®, and it holds.

Know a leader ready to grow their impact? Nominate them for the next class.
