KRM Yacht Refit & Rebuild

KRM Yacht is a superyacht refit and rebuild shipyard in the Eastern Mediterranean, based in Tuzla, Istanbul. Refit and rebuild is all we do.

Established in 2010, KRM Yacht has delivered more than 200 projects over 16 years on yachts from 30 to 110 metres. Our team of more than 100 professionals, including project managers, engineers, naval architects and skilled craftsmen, runs every project with core trades in-house: paint, carpentry, metalwork, mechanical and hydraulic systems, electrical work and interiors.

KRM Yacht is the first Turkish member of the ICOMIA Superyacht Refit Group, and as of 2026 still the only one. Our quality, environmental and occupational health and safety systems are certified by LRQA to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. In 2023, captains and crew voted KRM the Best Superyacht Refit Yard at the Superyacht Business Awards by ACREW.

The yard operates in Tuzla, Istanbul, one of the world's busiest maritime hubs, with fast access to leading suppliers, subcontractors and authorized services. The facility is 15 minutes from Sabiha Gökçen International Airport and surrounded by restaurants, hotels and shopping, which makes daily life easy for captains and crew during a yard period. Services for foreign-flagged yachts are provided tax free.

The facility is equipped with:

- 900-ton travel lift, the largest in Türkiye

- 300-ton travel lift

- 40,000 m² hard-standing area for up to 50 vessels

- 2,500 m² workshop area and 800 m² storage space

- Repair quays for up to 15 superyachts
