Koyuncuoglu & Köksal Law Firm was founded in 1998 by Dr Tennur Koyuncuoglu. The firm was then reorganised in 2005 and 2013 with the accession of new partners. The structure and organisation of the firm was solidified as of the end of 2013.

Koyuncuoglu & Köksal is a boutique law firm specialising in business law including competition law, corporate and commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, project finance and commercial litigation. The firm’s main area of expertise rather accumulates in competition law, corporate law, commercial law and dispute resolution which are handled by well-known and very well-equipped attorneys in regards to their academic background and work experience.

Remarkably, the firm advised (within a consortium) the Turkish Ministry of Health during the first public private partnership project in Turkey in the healthcare sector.
