Koroglu Textile

Koroglu Textile (Köroğlu Tekstil) is a menswear manufacturer based in İstanbul, producing trousers and tailoring for European brands since 1997.

We are a production partner, not a label of our own. Brands come to us with a design or a concept, and we turn it into a garment that can be made consistently at volume: chinos, tailored trousers, suits and blazers, denim, shorts and canvas styles.

WHAT WE DO IN HOUSE

Product development, pattern making and grading, cutting, sewing and finishing all take place at our facility in Kağıthane, İstanbul. Around eighty people work here. Washing is carried out by specialist partners we have worked with for many years, and we prefer to say so plainly rather than let anyone assume otherwise.

Our current capacity is approximately 1,200 pairs per day.

HOW WE WORK

Minimum order quantity is 200 pieces. Sampling takes around one week. From approved sample to shipment, production runs approximately four to six weeks, depending on the garment, the fabric and the finishing required.

Quality control happens at four stages rather than at the end of the line: on fabric arrival, after cutting, during sewing, and on the finished garment before packing. Third-party inspection is welcome.

MATERIALS

We regularly work with seven fabric families: wool, gabardine, cotton, corduroy, twill, denim and flannel. Where a client supplies their own fabric, we assess how it is likely to behave in cutting, sewing and finishing before bulk production begins.

WORKING WITH US

We do not publish the names of the brands we produce for. Discretion is part of what a manufacturer offers, and we would rather show the work than the labels.

For quotations we need a tech pack or initial measurements, fabric details, quantity per style and colour, and your required delivery date.
