Konstantinesia hadir sebagai media independen yang bergerak dalam bidang literasi dan jurnalistik untuk membumikan wacana literasi diaspora Indonesia di Turki dan menjadi jembatan literasi terkait Turki kepada masyarakat di Indonesia. Berdiri pada 27 Januari 2016 di Ankara, Turki, Konstantinesia menghadirkan beragam tulisan yang disajikan oleh pelajar Indonesia di Turki.
Awalnya fokus dalam menerbitkan majalah dalam bentuk fisik ataupun digital, namun kemudian hadir dalam bentuk baru di kepengurusan periode 2023-2024, dengan bertransformasi memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Menyebarkan segala macam informasi melalui berbagai platform media sosial seperti; Website, Instagram, Tiktok, dan LinkedIn.
