Kompelec Ltd

Unplanned downtime is the most expensive thing that happens in a factory. Lost output, idle labour, and delivery promises you can no longer keep.

Kompelec keeps industrial machinery running.

We are control and automation engineers based in Manchester, working with manufacturers across the North West and beyond. Since 2013 we have designed, built, repaired and maintained the control systems that production depends on — from a single motor starter to fully automated production lines.

WHAT WE DO

• Control panel design and build — from schematic to commissioning, built to current standards

• PLC and HMI programming — new systems, upgrades, and migrations off obsolete hardware

• Breakdown response and fault finding — diagnosing the cause, not just clearing the fault

• Planned maintenance and service contracts — scheduled attention that stops breakdowns before they cost you a shift

• Machinery automation and upgrades — more throughput, better safety and useful data from equipment you already own

• Electrical installation, testing and inspection

WHO WE WORK WITH

Manufacturing and processing businesses, packaging operations and machine builders — anyone whose output depends on machines that have to work. Mixed plant, mixed ages, mixed manufacturers. We are comfortable with all of it.

WHY CUSTOMERS STAY

You speak to the engineer who did the work. We know your machines because we have been in them before. And when something stops at the worst possible moment, you are calling people who already know where to look.
