KOMETYAY was founded in the year of 1989 in Bursa to produce high-quality, precise springs. In 1993 the company was registered as KOMETYAY YAY SAN. Ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.

2015, the company moved to its new factory with 2000m2 closed space in the Hasanağa Industrial Zone. The company is operating in this facility today.

Compression, torsion, extension springs in the diameters of 0.15 mm to 8.00 mm, wire forms in the diameters of 0.15 mm to 13.00 mm and band materials in the diameters of 0.2 mm to 1.50 mm are produced by CNC spring wrapping and form machines which are suitable for TSE and DIN norms and for all branches of industry.

KOMETYAY, 1989 yılında kaliteli ve hassas yay üretimi yapmak amacıyla Bursa’da kurulmuştur. 1993 yılında KOMETYAY YAY SAN. ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. olarak tescil edilmiştir.

2015 yılında Hasanağa Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde bulunan, 2.000 m2 kapalı alana sahip yeni fabrikasına taşınmıştır. Günümüzde bu tesiste, CNC Yay sarma ve form makineleri ile TSE ve DIN yay normlarına uygun 0,15 mm çaptan 8,00 mm çapa kadar her türlü baskı, kurma, çekme yayları 0,15 mm çaptan 13,00 mm çapa kadar tel formları ve 0,2 mm den 1,50 mm kadar bant malzeme üretim kapasitesiyle endüstrinin tüm kollarına yönelik faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir.
