Kohinoor Group Pune

For over four decades, Kohinoor Group has built more than spaces. We have built homes, workplaces, communities and environments that have become part of people’s journeys.

Today, we are giving the belief behind that journey a new voice.

𝐈 𝐀𝐌 𝐊𝐎𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐎𝐎𝐑 is our new brand philosophy, built on a simple thought: every individual has the potential to be a Kohinoor.

Because what makes a person extraordinary is not simply what they achieve, but the ambition that drives them, the resilience that shapes them, the choices they make and the impact they create along the way.

We see it in the entrepreneur pursuing an unconventional idea, the young dreamer building something the world has never seen, the leader shaping what comes next, and the individual creating a home that reflects who they are and what they aspire to become.

The world around us is changing, and so are the aspirations of the people we build for. As their expectations, ambitions and definitions of a fulfilling life evolve, we believe the spaces we create must evolve with them.

That is what 𝐈 𝐀𝐌 𝐊𝐎𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐎𝐎𝐑 represents. A shift from looking only at what we build to recognising why we build it, and more importantly, who we build it for.

It is a philosophy that extends across everyone who is part of the Kohinoor Group's ecosystem: our people, customers, homeowners, partners, investors and communities. Each brings their own ambition, individuality and journey to the Kohinoor story.

And as Kohinoor Group enters its next chapter, our ambition remains to create spaces that give people the right foundation to dream bigger, grow further and become the finest version of themselves.

Because when you recognise the Kohinoor within, you have the power to 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤.
