KMJ Property

Here at KMJ Property we are an * Award Winning family run independent Estate Agency with many years of experience in the housing market, alongside undeniable care, and attention to detail.

Whether you are buying or selling, our up-to-date local knowledge of house prices in a vast variety of areas will result in a smooth and enjoyable process.

At KMJ Property we combine good old-fashioned service, with cutting edge technology to ensure all our clients receive the best possible service for their personal needs. Our business is on several social media sites including Facebook and Instagram, allowing us to reach out to as many people as possible, putting this aside we are delighted to be able to offer this alongside a traditional face to face conversation in our office or over the phone.

Uniquely, we are genuinely contactable 7 days a week, outside of normal office hours. Unlike a lot of agents, we would rather return your phone call at 7pm on a Sunday evening, than let you spend your evening worrying until 9am on Monday.

Our ever-expanding business now has offices in Tunbridge Wells, Crowborough and Forest Row. The K & M (Katrina & Marc) now work in the business and Lauren joined the team in early 2022.

We are also member of the FIA (Federation of Independent Agents) meaning we’ve been handpicked to represent them in our area.

*Gold Winners for Tunbridge Wells at the British Property Awards.
