Kİ-YAP “Makine İmalat Sanayi, Otomotiv Yan Sanayi, Tarım Alet ve Makinaları, Gıda ve Lojistik” alanlarında faaliyet gösteren üye işyerleri tarafından 2017'de kurulmuştur. Manisa Turgutlu Çepnidere’de kooperatif yönetimi tarafından öz kaynakları ile kooperatife kazandırılan 310.000 m² arazide, çok sayıda işletmenin faaliyet göstereceği ticari ve sosyal tesislerden oluşan bir site kurulması ve yaklaşık 2.000 kişiye istihdam sağlanması hedeflenmektedir.
