KFC UK & Ireland

This is KFC - home of the real ones.

We come to work to be ourselves, and to make something of ourselves. We bring the graft and the laughs every day - building our own community, as we serve our original recipe chicken to the ones we’re in.

In our place, ambition grows. Careers build. Potential goes further. Our doors are open (all 1000+ of them), and they can take you anywhere, and give you the flexibility to balance work around your life - not the other way round.

We sell the world’s best chicken. Seriously. And we’ve done it since 1939, when the idea of crispy, original recipe chicken took Kentucky by storm. Now, we’re proud to serve 1000+ communities across the UK and Ireland, bringing the grit, pride and iconic reputation that we started with, all those years ago.

Who are Yum! Brands?

KFC is part of Yum! Brands - alongside Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and Habit Burger Grill - the world’s largest restaurant group. But size isn’t what makes us special. It’s our people.

Across 1.5 million employees worldwide, we’ve built a culture full of energy, opportunity, and fun. A place where everyone can grow, be heard, and make a real impact.

At Yum!, we believe in doing things the right way - trusting our people, encouraging ideas from everywhere, and celebrating the diversity that makes us stronger.

Come as you are. Grow how you want. And make your mark with us.
