Kaynak Metal Aksesuar San. ve Tic. A.Ş., 2006 yılında Denizli’de Kaynak Grup bünyesinde kurulmuş olan alüminyum korkuluk küpeşte aksesuarları üreten bir kuruluştur. Üretiminin tüm aşamalarını kendi bünyesinde entegre olarak gerçekleştirmektedir.
Özellikle yeni ürün ar-ge’sine önem vermektedir. Yeni tasarımlar bünyemizde hazırlanıp patent aşamalarından sonra üretim safhasına geçmektedir.
Orijinal hammaddeden üretilen profil ve borular CNC tornalarda ve CNC dik işlem merkezlerinde şekillendirilmektedir.
Polisaj aşamasında ortamın havası klimatize edilerek çalışan sağlığını da düşünen bir anlayışla polisaj işlemleri gerçekleştirmektedir. Eloksal tesisi en son teknoloji kullanılarak müşteri isteklerini tamamen karşılayabilecek yapıda hazırlanmıştır. Bu ünitede istenilen eloksal kalınlığı ve rengi elde edilebilmektedir.
Tesisin tamamında işlemler sonucu oluşan atıklar tam otomatik kimyasal arıtma tesislerinde arıtılarak tekrar doğaya kazandırılmaktadır.
