Job Description:

KAS Elevators Co. Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a professional and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating with clients, handling follow-ups, and supporting business operations through effective communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system

Follow up with clients regarding services and requirements

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer handling

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Support the sales and service teams with customer coordination

Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer data

Ensure professional communication with customers at all times

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply
