Karl Tatler Estate Agents & Lettings

Forward thinking and progressive, we are no ordinary estate and lettings agency. Karl opened his first office in 1997 and as we enter our 25th year, we celebrate the opening of our 8th office; taking our exceptionally talented team to 97. #estateagents #wirral #landandnewhomes #lettings #karltatlerestateagents

It’s a dynamic place to work; with outstanding training, development and support. Always wanting to promote from within, we’re proud to say that 95% of our managers have developed their careers with us. However, we are always on the lookout for new talent to join us.

Not one to sit still, we continually invest in our people, in the business and in technology. Marketing is just one area we have recently advanced in with lots of other head office development in the pipeline. We are also seen as an industry voice, with data driving everything we do. It’s exciting to be here!

We seek those who share our values - be ambitious, curious, innovative, inspirational, trustworthy, respectful and who would love to be involved in the culture of the Karl Tatler family. We work hard, but are rewarded with lots of social events throughout the year, ‘fizz Friday’ at our new ‘Loft’ bar, complete with pool table, tennis table and a climbing wall! As well as free Pilates classes… as your mental and physical wellness is important to us.
