KAREBANT A.Ş. 2011 yılı Mart ayında İkitelli OSB’de kurulmuştur.
2012 yılında Avcılar’daki 2.400 m²’lik üretim tesisinde imalata başlamıştır.
2015 yılı Ocak ayında Gebze Plastikçiler Org. San. Bölgesi’nde 10,500 m² kapalı, toplamda 19.000 m² ‘lik yeni üretim tesisine taşınmış olup, 120 çalışanı ve 720 ton / ay kapasitesi ile ülke ekonomisine katkı sağlamaya devam etmektedir.
