Kaptan Law Firm was founded in 1991 in İzmir by Att. Bülent Kaptan. It started working on Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law due to conditions of its establishment time. Then it proceed on practising on private law mainly and by the time experience on Trade Law and relative following areas.

Within the framework of all legal requirements of commercial activity,of real or legal person merchants, Kaptan Law Firm provides all the necessary services from drafting contracts to enforcement of court decisions, from consultation to litigation needed when there is a conflict of interest between parties.

Kaptan Law Firm started working on Intellectual Property Law, after Att. Bülent Kaptan’s qualification as Attorney at Trademarks and Patent, acting for registration of trademarks, patents and industrial designs, preparing the explanation and demanding papers for registry. Also, trials related to these matters are dealt with a great experience.

Law is a manifestation of civilization as a result of human development. Human development is a process and law is in a state of continuous change parallel to societies. Over last 25 years the world and our country has faced technological breakdowns, so fundamental changes has come to fruition.
